Events, Outings & Fundraisers

We are a charity and do our own fundraising to provide our playgroup, outings and Christmas party. We are run by a committee of volunteers and all our playgroup helpers are volunteers. We do a number of fundraising activities throughout the year. Please let us know if you would like to get involved or have any fundraising ideas!

Our thanks to 9 year old Polly who organised her own cake stall and raised over £136 for the playgroup.

Cake Stall:

We usually hold a cake stall on Histon village green on one Saturday in May, near the duck pond.

Date: 10th May 8.30am-12noon 2025

Histon Feast Market Stall:

We always have a stall at the Histon Feast market in June. Games for children, lucky dip, prizes for all, craft items on sale and more. Wonderful turn out last year, thank you to everyone who came to support us and we hope everyone enjoyed their prizes!

Date: Sunday 29th June 12noon-4pm 2025

Christmas Shopping Evening:

Each year we hold a shopping evening with a wide variety of stalls including cards, decorations, sweets and a raffle. Located at our regular meeting place of the St Andrews Centre, Histon.

Date: Wednesday 19th November 2025 @ 7pm

Christmas Party:

Santa will make his usual stop with us! Children's food and drink are provided.

Date: 15th December 2025 @ 1pm

AGM:

Annual General Meeting. Please get in contact if you wish to join.

Date: December 2025, date to be confirmed.
